The running process



when you are running your whole mind and also body is being lifted out of a mood where you are not ready for that thing yet, your whole mind becomes officailyl one thing and therefore, something that bugs you or anything else you are removing that negative shit from your brain
Running will allow you to realise all of your negative emotions and will get you in right shape for your action
Scientists have figured out that if you constantly try to run your whole mind may become occipited with lots of posiive thoughts and the keys for living longer and peacefully
This includes:
  • New stable relationships
  • Longer Life
  • Easily memorize things
  • Remember your things and not caring about people
  • Will get you in formal state that you haven' imagined just yet. Or cannot in the moment.
